Station service avec restaurant casino, brioche dorée et boutique avec nécessaire pour pique-niquer. De nombreuses machines à café. Station spacieuse, propre et neuve.
Bémol concernant la propreté des toilettes lors de notre passage vers 7h. Autre bémol concernant l'accueil et l'amabilité de la personne qui nous a servis à la brioche dorée.

Je m'arrête deux a trois fois par semaine c'est super propre et il sont de loin le personnel le plus acceuillant de l'autoroute avec la station Poitou Charente....

21-10-17, 18:56 I tried to get a café from one of your machines. After paying with my bankcard it said in French that my choice was not available. No problem so far, but when I tried to make another choice the machine returned to the initial screen. Still this is no problem, but when I turned to your employee it started:
I waited for my turn at the cashdesk and when I started to explain my problem, showing my phone with the payment details on the site of the bank, your cashier interrumpts me and says 'je n'est-ce-pas' and to speak to the 'dirección'. I tried to convince him 2 or 3 times to just start listening, but mr. was quite aggressive and I did not want to make a big fuss in front of all the other clients/cameras.
So I left him and started to make pictures of the machine. After a few minutes mr. came to me and now asked for more information and I was able to explain the problem, after which he gave me the cash wrongfully deducted from my account. I am happy the guy recognized his mistake although he never said so.
I really wonder why he did not want to listen to me in the first place and am glad that I stayed around, but I really was intimidated and had almost left angry..., although I am a Total customer for years in Holland. Please make sure you have the right people at your cashregister, they are the face of your company!

Sauberkeit ist schlecht. Restaurant sehr teuer und nur kleine Portion. Fazit nicht empfehlenswert.
