A couple of weeks ago, our family stayed at a house in Calés and went to town looking for a good bakery! My husband's mother's former name was Ulrich and that attracted us more than the other places in town.
What a really good choice! Their products are delicious!...bad thing was that they were ready to go in a vacation!..so we could only enjoyed a couple of days of delicious pastries.
Where we live, in USA, we have a "French Bakery" that is very successful, always full of people. We are clientes of course and we got back, my first purchase was at this place....sad to say, they are good, but never, ever as good as Ulrich's!...We will never have those delicious croissants again, unless and until we go back.

Super boulangerie, le pain est excellent et les viennoiseries aussi. Concernant les gâteaux ils sont extra et copieux.
Je vous recommande fortement cette boulangerie si vous passez à LALINDE.
