Your booking can be sold to somebody else and you will be given a seat next to a wc.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the quality of
service we received at your restaurant on Saturday, 8th July which
ultimately led to a very disappointing dining experience.

To be honest, this is not good enough. I am not pursuing to claim the
costs of the repair against your restaurant but I do want to let you
know that the experience was extremely unprofessional and
disappointing. Please look in to this matter immediately and I do hope
you will take the necessary actions to set up appropriate policies and
procedures for future customers.

During our visit, we used the valet parking service offered by your
restaurant. Upon leaving, the valet driver accidentally hit our
vehicle against the side of the wall, causing minor damages. Now I
understand that accidents do occur, but given the reputation of your
organization, I am extremely disappointed in the way your restaurant
handled the situation. As an organization offering such services, one
would expect that there are appropriate policies and procedures in
place should an accident occur. However, in our case we were simply
told by the driver to return the following day. This shows a clear
lack of communication between your staff given no one from the
restaurant came out to assist us. We received no names, numbers or
insurance information and had to deal with the driver directly,
requesting for his identification. Furthermore, as foreigners visiting
the city, we had to leave early morning the next day and as such we
borne all the costs associated with the repair.

Who cares about average food quality and bad service? Villa Romana is still the best place to go for dinner, if you want to party with fashionable people. Crazy crowd dancing on the tables and Champagne all over. You´ll bump into many celebreties partying hard at Villa Romana. Will go there again this summer for sure!

Most disappointing restaurant ever. We've been there a few times years ago, the food got bad, the restaurant got empty, the show is boring. Never going to this restaurant ever again!!! After the valet parking damaged our car, we wrote this E-Mail below. The answer from villa romana was not appropriate:

I'm sorry but we can't do anything for your damage because you didn't
talk to anybody the day or the next day it's was happened.

Not what it used to be. Bad service, bad food. This year will be revamped. Let's wait and see...
