Bonjour à tous,
C'est la seconde fois que je m'adresse à cet établissement, une première fois pour l'entretien (courant) d'un Crafter et une seconde pour celui d'un Touran, et deux fois la même réponse, "Ah non Monsieur ça n'est pas possible..."
Alors j'ai passé mon chemin pour la seconde fois jusqu'à Pouilly en Auxois où j'y ai trouvé une concession sérieuse, où l'on vous dit "Bonjour" lorsque vous franchissez la porte.........qui sont à l'écoute des clients, agissant toujours pour vous arranger.
