Booked well ahead, think it may just be the city but was very expensive for the small run down room that it was. Cracked tiles in bathroom and sink. But saving grace was the central loacatio mn ti everything and the excellent guy in front desk Alex who was very helpful making suggestions things to do/see

This turned to to be a good location for a first trip to Paris. Located close to the Opera House and the Louvre as many reviews have mentioned. It's only about a 30min walk to the Latin Quarter (Notre Dame) and many other sights to see. Close to the tourist info office, big bus tours, the metro and restaurants. The rooms are small and comfortable.Just off the Ave. de L' Opera it was quite as the short block doesn't get much traffic. The front staff was extremely helpful - they were just excited to let you know what there was to do in Paris.
The breakfast was small but adequate with pastries, fruit, breads, cereals and eggs. For everything that we wanted to do in Paris I don't think we could have found a better located hotel. And again - I can't say how helpful we found the front staff.

Great location, very friendly staff and very clean. The manager Alex was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here and will certainly come back to this place. :)

Great boutique hotel. In a great, central location in Paris. Great customer service at the hotel from .Manager Alexandre and his team. Rooms are very cosy! Very small rooms. Great restaurants nearby too.

The hotel is very cozy and quaint! The staff was over the top nice as well. The location is perfect- close to a lot of attractions that you go to Paris for! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay there again if the opportunity ever arises. The breakfast had anything you'd want to have to eat or try!!!

A perfectly adequate hotel in a very convenient area located next to friendly, atmospheric restaurants and pubs. The rooms were a little small but the beds were comfortable and it had a nice view. Would be nice if the toilet and bathroom were the same room as opposed to two separate rooms. The wifi was relatively good though and the bathroom was modern and clean. The main annoyin thing was the fact that the air conditioning started leaking at 4:30 AM which I thought was pretty poor on the hotels front.

Very good location to many of the big tourist attractions. The front desk agent was very helpful and friendly. The room was small, but comfortable. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel for its value.
