The salespeople there always seem busy and out of time.
I sent them specs to build a custom bike from scratch online and even a week later I didn’t get a quote.
Suffice it to say that I wasn’t happy with their service, and I agree with other comments mentioning that they were too “commerciaux”

I've had a great experience both purchasing and fixing different bikes with Bicycle Store. The guys are friendly and speak English which helps a ton for me been a South African in Paris! I highly recommend the store if you need to buy or fix a bike!

My go to cycle store every time I'm in Paris! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and Simon (the owner) really knows his stuff. Always make me feel welcome despite my terrible French.

They "fixed" my flat tire but it went flat again after riding 2 km. Took it back and they "fixed" it again. Also the rear shifter didn't work when they returned it to me. Went flat again in 2 blocks. Gave up and went to Les Petits Velos du Maurice where they fixed it right and also fixed the shifter without even asking!
They do have a very sweet dog, however. And tubes for folding bikes like Bromptons.

Very cool shop, worth a visit if you like forward thinking bikes with that slight hipster vibe. I also discovered a bike brand from my own country that I’d never heard of.

Great service. Helped me to find the right bike lights and let me borrow an allen wrench to tighten my brake handles. Speaks english, too!
