Criminals and liars at Geneva Airport Budget. Do not rent here!
I have been a Budget RapidRez member for years and this was my first nightmare experience.
The pushy young man saw my reservation, changed the dates, changed the times then changed the form of payment to US dollars at an outrageous exchange rate without telling me. None of this did I agree to.
He threatened to cancel my reservation and leave me without a car but he had already cancelled my reservation and created a new one without telling me. I had just flown in overnight from Houston, TX and had to have a car for our European vacation.
This young man was unprofessional, unscrupulous and Budget should fire him and return all overcharges to every victim of his.

Aluguei o carro em Paris e devolvi aqui. Tanto em Paris quanto aqui o atendimento foi rápido, eficiente e atencioso por parte dos funcionários. A Budget é uma das poucas locadoras que não cobra taxa de retorno, foi um ótimo negocio.

It's always confusing when you pay ahead for the car and then get faced by all sorts of add ons at the hire desk. The language barrier is a factor and the printed receipt was a mathematical challenge.
