Unfair! We forgot a scarf, not too expensive but important gift and a symbol. They claimed it was not there! I know exactly where and how we left it behind but no luck...someone will enjoy it now instead of us.

Small, Clean room. Serviceable front desk, though after hours only one agent on duty.

Airport shuttle was timely.

hotel web site indicated renovations. I didn't see them. Hotel is a good one night stay before an early flight out. Shuttle service to and from hotel was a good reason to stay. good food options close by for a quick meal. bar staff was wonderful and helpful.

So far so good. Get it pretty good especially for the price. Customer service could be a bit happier but all in all it lives by its name, " comfort " hotel. Personally I would choose this place over Explorer Hotel just because of cleanliness and price

Oh, and they had toothbrushes at the front desk!

Other than that the staff was superb, the bar was well stocked (though wayyy overpriced) and we heard good things about the restaurant, but didn't eat there ourselves.

Comfortable bed. Uncomfortably small shower. Receptionist reasonably helpful. However, struggled to find booking and didn't want to help find it, was more interested in charging for a new room and getting me to refund the original booking.

Free shuttle stops after midnight and you are at the mercy of the few taxi cabs that pass the the airport then. Be on guard. I was lucky with twenty Euros one way. Shuttle resume in the morning.

Terrible experience. Receptionist was rude and ignorant. We paid for for a big room but were given a small room and the mistake mare by the receptionist could not be rectified. The restaurant was advertised to be open so we didn't prepared any food to find when we arrived the restaurant was closed and was not due to open. We were advised by the receptionist in an arrogant way " you will have to get something out of the machine". The bar was also advertised to be open at 7 pm. The receptionist was also arrogant about this by saying " no you can't have a drink it's closed and was also not going to open". We then were told we had to pay an extra 8 euros for parking overnight. Our room was tiny and shower was useless, either to hot or cold or powerful or not enough water, you couldn't find a good setting. Also there was no heating and the air conditioning was also not working. The other couple with us had a disabled person and the room was not big enough to maneuver a wheelchair in. Definitely not disabled friendly. We have never complain about any hotel in france. This was shocking and would have preferred a formula 1 hotel to this. It does not warrant the money paid for our stay. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good comment I could make was the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast is 9 euros and pretty much worth it for the coffee and Quassant (sp.?).

It is what it is, a cheap airport hotel. The rooms are small and the bathrooms smaller. Our shower head was busted and we had to hold it over our heads as we showered. Minor inconvenience.

Good hotel near to the airport. With shuttle bus( more like a van which can seat 12) leaving to the airport every 15 mins starting at 5am.

I arrived late after a flight. Free shuttle was easy to find at terminal 2, following the sings for hotels. Room was small but clean and seemed quiet. Did not have to wait for the shuttle to the airport in the morning. Vending machine only takes cash and had limited options and nowhere to get food close by in the evening. Overall, would recommend for layovers.

Not elegant, but comfortable.
