I've been on a brilliant exhibition here. The gallery is very well designed in the interior of the old church.

Went with a lot of expectations. But I didn't feel it was worth the money. It could just be my taste in art.

Chapelle des Pénitents beautifully restored host the Foundation Jean and Suzanne Planque.Paintings,dessins and sculptures united by a collectioneur suisse show the diversity and coherence at the same time.(Picasso,Braque,de Staël,Dubuffet ,Cezanne,Van Gogh,Degas...)
Visit take about 1 hour.

Lovely museum. Lots of Picasso and beautiful interiors. I really don't understand how it's possible people working at the museum without knowing any language other than French.

An old chapel rebuilt as a 20th-century art museum. One of the unique aspects of this museum is that it represents the work of a single art collector, Jean Planque. The diverse trends in modern art are brought together by the tastes and sensibilities of one man. It's fascinating to see such a personal thread drawn through a great variety of works. The museum is part of the Musée Granet and is included in its admission fees.

Excellent collection, many Picassos and several other 20th century masters. Collection is heavy on figurativism reflecting the exquisite preference of Jean Planque who assembled the collection.
