Very good location, reception, bed and breakfast.
Internet is fast enough for streaming.
Bathroom is very clean, however it's not the case for the room: doors and walls are quite used..

The hotel is really well located and all the stuff were really friendly. We stayed there for two nights with my wife and our three children.

Muy contento con todo, el hotel situado a 2 minutos de la "cité", muy limpio todo, el trato excepcional por parte de Carmen.
La habitación muy grande, el baño con todo lo necesario y muy cómoda en general.

Cet hôtel était tout simplement très très bien. Nous avons été accueillis de façon personnalisée et chacune de nos questions a trouvé réponse avec le sourire et l'aimabilité en plus.
Les petits-déjeuners y sont copieux et délicieux.
Le personnel que nous y avons cotoyé est d'une extrême gentillesse.
Un réel plaisir, comme il est rare d'en trouver encore dans les hôtels actuellement!

I had an excellent stay. Many thanks to the reception staff who were really helpful, especially in giving information about the bus to the airport. I also very much appreciated the room being ready at 11.30am so I could leave my luggage there and get changed before heading out to Carcassonne city centre.

Nous le conseillons vivement et y reviendrons sans aucun doute!
