Great place to stay for hanging out at the city, just beside the tram stop Observatoire. It does not have fancy bedrooms but they are quite clean. Staff at the lobby is very helpful. Breakfast buffet is too simple to be worthy, better hop out to the other side of the street where a local boulangerie will provide better choices !

Cheap, what I expected from a 2 star hotel in a big city.
Very basic. Bathroom with no shower curtain, or shampoo.
No hair dryer, or anything else from the room.
Communal areas dark and in need of a good clean.
Good central location, with very easy access by road or public transport. However very noisy as busy road and tram lines outside. Nice area and I was able to park directly infront of the hotel. (Although actually parking was interesting)
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Probably best hotel for its price in Strasbourg. Always friendly staff, comfortable rooms, optimal location...

I am living here right now on the 4th floor. The lift is not working. It seems it was broken a month ago and it's still not fixed. The wi-fi is horrible. It took me an hour to post this review, believe it or not. I strongly recommend you to live elsewhere.

Nice hotel, located near a tram stop. Breakfast consists of a cold buffet, and various pastries

Well connected with tram and bus. Nice spacious rooms. Clean facility and helpful staff.
