We were greeted well and given the paper key for our room. Room clean and fresh smelling. However after one use of the bathroom the door handle broke (lucky we were on the outside) the hotel porter had to call a locksmith. Mr locksmith arrived, assessed, took his angle grinder and cut through the door lock throwing splinters all over the room. He left with a merci The reason for this 2* review is that we had to clean up all the mess left by the attempts to open the door. Not what we really expected. We cannot recommend this hotel.

A nice, clean hotel for an overnight stop. Comfortable, no-frills accommodation. I don't think I'd want to stay more than a few nights, because the bed, although comfy, was very hot - the memory foam mattress keeps the heat! Great breakfast, and you can even get a good cup of tea! The bathroom, while small, is good, and the shower was excellent - I had to turn down the pressure! Overall an excellent place to spend a night or two.

Staff were so cool and friendly and rooms were acceptable standard however I was expecting full English breakfast and was a bit disappointed about that but hey it is France so breakfast has to be french as well.

The hotel is a little bit tired and in need of a refurbishment. Have to pay for the parking

As other reviews have said, you can't expect the Bellagio at these prices, but it's good value, clean and centrally located.
