The hotel is fine for a cheap hotel, it could do with a bit of love and attention. However, I am giving it 4 stars because of the staff who were absolutely outstanding. You are greeted with a big smile every time you see one of the staff. They really were excellent.

The hotel was quaint, warm and friendly. The rooms were clean, however the cleaner often only came at 4pm, and so when we returned from the slopes and wanted to relax, we had to wait somewhere else until she was done. The food was absolutely great, even though there was a set menu each night. The nights that had food that i was allergic to, i could have got an alternative which they did provide, but we decided to go out into the town for meals which was great. The staff were so friendly and often gave us tips and suggestions on how to make the most of our trip.
