Excellent hotel. We had a superior room, it had a lovely comfy 5ft bed and quality
bedding. Good size room. Lift. Good aircon.Car park by request. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location across the road from the old town and all its brilliant rich history. Arles is a great place. We shall return...thank you to all at The Hotel Cheval Blanc.

This hotel doesn't have overnight staff and only open in the late afternoon (around 3pm) till 9pm, so I can't even check in before that since they closed their door and no one inside. Also, the room is not comfortable.

L'hotel è situato nel centro di Arles e pertanto è un ottima scelta se si vuole visitare la città anche di sera (cosa che per esperienza personale sconsiglio per la presenza di persone poco raccomandabili). A prima vista dall'esterno l'hotel non appare molto accogliente ma la cosa è smentita dalla parte interna nella quale si trovano i tavoli per la colazione, pranzo, cena e dei comodi divani. Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole e alcuni letti sono scomodissimi e cadono a pezzi. Nel bagno -che in generale è pulito- è presente sia uno scaldabagno che un asciugacapelli. Il cibo è discreto e lo staff gentile e disponibile

Very basic hotel, convenient to the town center. Room comfort and cleanliness could be improved, but it can be an option if the price is good

Clean room, good service. Definately not a 4 star hotel. A bit old and in need of so.e maintenance. However, we found it quite comfortable and convenient. Good price. Good value.
