No false advertising, helpful front desk and employees, breakfast is paid, but they told us that when we asked. Good location for public transportation, air-conditioning is lacking some, we have it cranked all the way to cold and fast fan speed and the room will only get to 23c.
Over all, very happy with our stay.

English communication is a problem. When I check in, a staff informed me that breakfast starts from 6:30am. I asked her "Is breakfast included?". She replied "yes, it is included." When I check out, talking to the same staff, I found out that I get charged for breakfasts. I told her that I thought breakfast is included. She said, "Breakfast is included, but it is not free." ... sigh..

Nice and clean hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy walking distance to the metro and shops for snacks and quick meals. Standard exorbitant prices for soda and snacks at the hotel. While the staff was not overly friendly they were helpful when asked. Overall a good place to stay.

The bar is very quiet and comfy. The staff is discrete and helpful Expresso very good.

Honestly, for 18,90 euro, the breakfast is good. I tried all the food, and ate a lot on the breakfast of my first day of stay. But for the next 4 days, as a tourist, I want to try variety of food in Paris. So, I only ate a little, because thinking that the breakfast is "included". For a cup of juice with a couple of boiled egg, 18,90 is not worth it. I would not go there for the next 4 days if I was correctly informed that breakfast was NOT INCLUDED.

They double charged me, they insisted I had not paid the night before and I had to pay again. Later, they simply apologized that their system often has problems and is not able to tell if it's made a pre-authorisation or an actual payment. In a hotel, this should not be a problem. This took up way too much of my time.
