Très bien situé, cet hôtel est calme, chambre petite mais très fonctionnelle. Vu sa situation à 100m de la gare, je recommande !

There wasn't air con in the room. We had to open the window, then we had to face with a lot of traffic noise. Also, the room wasn't sound proof according to the advertisement. We heard someone's snoring.

ok, the good things about this hotel is that it is very close to train station, and from there u will go anywhere u like easily, you are close to the Montparnasse Tower which have a very good view on all Paris, there is a variety of restaurants outside the hotel and within walking distant (burger, Shawerma, Indian food) and more in the nearby mall attached to the tower, so location of hotel is A+, the rooms are clean, bathroom with shower, and the only thing i need to note is that the rooms, hallway, lift, and breakfast area all are small, i imagine most of Paris hotels are small too, and the breakfast is not a worthy option, you better get a bite outside, and the streets are never quite in this area, so if you are willing to keep the windows open, you better be someone who can sleep with some noise

Déco sympa. Calme. Bon accueil. À côté de la gare Montparnasse et de la station de métro Bienvenü. Petit remarque sur l'accueil petit déjeuner. La personne en charge de la salle est également chargée de servir les petits déjeuners en chambre donc pas très disponible.
