We had a very good stay. Staff is super friendly & competent. Breakfast is large variety and high quality. Room & bed & bath very well done. No air-conditioning so street noise and mosquitos diminish sleep. Be certain that parking is reserved as garage is small.

The bland anonymous functionalism of the building is outweighed by the friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

J'ai fait une réservation sur Booking samedi 19 mars 2017, pour un adulte et un enfant de 4 ans. Réservation confirmée. L’hôtelier ne nous a pas laissé accéder à son établissement. Il est venu nous voir sur le trottoir pour nous dire qu'il était complet et que nous devions partir. Il n'a même pas voulu voir ma réservation. Booking m'a indiqué qu'il leur a affirmé que je ne m'étais pas présenté à l’hôtel. De mon point de vue, c'est un acte de racisme caractérisé à mon encontre et je vais porter plainte contre cet hôtel

This is a really lovely hotel in a good location a 10 minute walk from the town centre and a short walk from the train station. We opted not to use the hotel's private parking as we found free parking in the street next to the hotel. We paid extra for a superior room and really enjoyed the extra space. The room felt like it had been decorated recently - in a very modern and funky style which we really liked! The staff were very helpful and friendly - Sylvie went out of her way to explain what to do, see and eat in Limoges, other reception staff helped us with our onward hotel booking and restaurant recommendations. The WiFi was good, the bed was very comfortable and the satellite TV had some English channels although the signal/reception was a bit dodgy. The continental breakfast was lovely with a small selection of cereals, ham, cheese, bread, pastries, coffee, tea and fruit.

Great service and clean but small rooms. 15 minutes walk from the town center with free parking on the street outside

Hotel sympathique. Chambre agréable bien décorée .très propre .enfin une salle de bain avec douche italienne. Spacieuse . Lit confortable. Et mon mari a bien apprécié chaînés TV. Personnel accueillant. Nous reviendrons.
