After trying to get to 5 of the top restaurants on TripAdvisor in vain (need reservations), we chanced upon this gem. We were greeted with a handshake at the door by the owner, served amazing starters, and treated with a very homely service. Loved every minute of this. They were genuinely happy to have us there. And very affordable prices.

Cuisine géniale avec des produits frais du jour. Un bon petit bistrot.
Un seul bémol, j'ai trouvé que c'était un peu bruyant : à réserver pour une soirée entre amis plutôt qu'en amoureux...

Restaurant typiquement français, de cuisine typiquement française, style "bistro", toujours bien réalisée et de bonne qualité. Patron très prévenant. Prix raisonnables. Idéal pour étranger visitant Metz, mais aussi pour local voulant manger classique.

Great girolles! A bit pricey compared with other restaurants in the area and this isn't a problem considering the food quality. Enjoyed it thoroughly, and will be back. Service is quick and efficient.

A wonderful restaurant in old Metz. So good I ate there twice! The owner is there constantly and the food is genuine! GO!

Le patron est super sympa, les produits sont frais et tout est fait maison. Le choix est large et il y en a pour tous les goûts. L'ambiance est très cosy ce qui en fait un restaurant très agréable.
