Not like the boulevard Haussman make store: that one is dull and uninviting.
Unless you cannot do otherwise, better you go to the main store.

Le but de ma visite était de trouver des cartes postales de Paris, a une heure bien avancée alors que beaucoup de boutiques dans le cartier étaient fermées. Mission accomplie ! Y a u' coin papeterie a l'étage ou l'on peut trouver des cartes de Paris sympas et originale. Très bon accueil.

Great shopping center but had a bad experience at the shoe department store. Bought shoes by "accessories diffusion" & "jonak", please take the shoe boxes if you plan on returning or exchanging shoes. I did not take the boxes because i was traveling, also I was never told that I needed them to make an exchange or return. The wait was over 2hrs, to get a solution to not having a box, then another 45mins to get someone behind the "returns/guest services" the desk. Complete waste of 3hrs of my day.
I do thank the gentleman and ladies who helped me resolve this

Très uninviting compared to the Boulevard Haussmann location, this Printemps has a limited selection, indifferent salespeople and poor lighting. The seem less than involved and there reigns a cold atmosphere in the store that renders the whole shopping experience dismal. (It is being refurbished, which perhaps contributes to the dim ambience.)
Unless you really need something and are limited in time or movement, just go to the Haussmann store instead.

Très grand magasin beaucoup de choix.
Attention magasin de.luxe, prix très élevés parfois au delà du raisonnable. Personnel agréable la plupart du temps mais faut avoir la chance de pas tomber sur les grignote du rayon électroménager

Great location but this shop needs complete refurbishment. Light is very bad, organisation between the section is messy, home decoration section is very poor, there is no cafe likewise the other places.

This Nation location doesn't have much variety. They do include most basics but it just feels tight in the department store. We couldn't find what we were looking for. Better to go to their main store.

Slightly disappointed by the poor choice of stuff there... Would rather go to Haussman next time
