For the amount of money you are going to spend at this hotel, stay somewhere else.

Fantastic location, everyone friendly and kind to my children with their school French! Room comfortable and clean, lovely Christmas decorations. We arrived early and they let us check in at 11am, and looked after our bags for the day we checked out.

Amazing service. When something goes wrong, even at 2am, they are there immediately to go out of their way to help fix it. They also accommodate families with adjoining rooms. The breakfast is wonderful, the restaurant is very accommodating and has many great choices. All around, I will say our 7 nights here were top notch.

The rooms are hot and humid with no air conditioning.

Friendly staff, good food although the room service menu was a little limited. Rooms are a little dated but location is great and spa looked good although I was visiting on business and did not use it. WiFi was slow though.

Beautiful place, very clean, has a special charm! The restaurant has very good food, it’s not only a feast eating there, they make you feel royal, the chef comes at the end of dinner to meet everyone, tells you about the food. The garden it’s also amazing! The terrace is beautiful! The service is great! I don’t know what to complement first! I can say it’s my favourite hotel in Paris and not only.
