Première expérience concluante ! Essayé par hasard et sans aucun apriori, menu unique du midi. Poulet cuit à la vapeur et riz subtilement parfumé, le tout accompagné d'un bouillon à la coriandre et d'un thé vert. Une approche de la cuisine asiatique que je ne connaissais pas encore. On mange en admirant les produits proposés dans les rayons de l'épicerie.

So glad to have found this shop in the heart of Chalon-sur-Saône. The manager is really helpful and friendly plus they serve food to eat in or take away such as noodles and dim sum. I'll definitely be going there regularly and it's much more preferable than ordering this kind of thing online. If you are looking for stuff like Wasabi peas, Katsu curry blocks of paste, red / green / yellow / panang curry pastes, Jasmine / green teas as well as loads of different soy sauces, wakame and noodles you'll be happy too! It has nearly all the basics one needs for preparing authentic Japanese cuisine.
