The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We hired a car for the day. The car was in good condition and we had a great day.

Ayant réservé en précisant que j'aurais besoin d'un siège auto pour ma fille de 9 mois, j'ai été bien servi : un siège bébé bas de gamme, très vieux, décousu et tâché. Je l'ai installé moi-même dans le noir sur le parking glacé, et ça m'a coûté 28€ malgré mes protestations. Bravo le service !!!!!!

J'ai du attendre 72h pour que ma resa me soit refusée car aucun véhicule dispo... Mais que fait avis sur sa gestion de stock... Lamentable

We received extremely bad service at Avis Avignon TGV. They completely missold insurance and a car upgrade (which we in the end didn't even receive) to the extend that the final price paid was more than double of our reservation (from eur 230 to 475 !). The car upgrade was amongst the biggest scams i have witnessed although i been hiring cars for more than 20 years. They charged us for an upgrade to a Mercedes or equivalent but gave a small Alfa romeo. Unfortunately, my wife was an easy target to this blatant abuse and extreme mis-selling as she does not speak french and isn't familiar with their tactics here. As such she unknowingly signed the loaded re-written rental contract. When i raised the problems upon returning the car (i wasn't there upon picking up the car but arrived some days later), the staff was dismissive, rude and generally indifferent. There was no manager present. It was easily the worst experience of renting a car that we have had anywhere in the world and we are certain not to repeat it.
