Best customer service in Central Paris. It's a very nice small hotel with warm, friendly & helpful employees. The room given to me was newly remodeled with all the amenities. Bed was very comfortable, one of the few times i actually got a good nights sleep. The location was close to the metro/train stations, shopping and attractions. I was able to walk around easily and felt safe. its just a few meters to Rue La Rivoloi (50). I adore the Pont Neuf location and citi isle with Notre Dame, Concierge & St. Chappelle. The Louvre is 10 min. walk or you can take the metro- 2 stops. The cafe's near the hotel are charming. This is the perfect hotel for taking in Paris at your leisure. Tres Bien!

The hotel is quite simple but very comfortable and nice. All the attendances are lovely and very helpful people. The breakfast that is served in a other place near the hotel is fantastic, very nice food. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were decent and location was great, but would not recommend staying here until the renovations are completed. The continental breakfast was subpar at best and inside the dimly lit basement of the hotel. Out morning breakfasts were complimented with the sound of jackhammers and nail pounding by the construction crew. Would not recommend.

Construction noise is a very big problem...it starts at 7 a.m.!

If your wanting hotel breakfast, check the details before you book, but if you hit the town for food you'll be best served with a much bigger selection and even better pricing. Hotel was $200 night both times I stayed and the lower advertised pricing is only available through online bookings. My next visit to Paris, I would stay here again.

Great location is all that I can say for this place.
A general lack of attention to detail is my overall feeling about the service. A couple of items during our stay: We weren't made aware that it was undergoing a renovation, and the fire alarm went off at 6:30am but there was no announcement that it was all clear so I had to go to the front desk to inquire.

Nice hotel. New renovations. Nice view of the city and was relatively quiet. Wish they had better breakfast options but was still nice. Attached photo is view from room.

Hotel with the latest modern gadgets. Big rooms. Very comfortable. No noise. Refurbishing not finished yet but soon.

Great location, good size room & nice decor. Really comfy beds. Staff were really helpful
