Small elevator and be warned that even if you use the elevator you might still need to go up or down some stairs. Unhelpful if you have gots of luggage or a wheelchair.

Other comments that may be useful:
You aren't allowed to take the key to your room with you when you go out in town.

I had to switch rooms three times because they were all dirty and the room I ended up in still smelled horribly. No amount of opening the window or door to air out the room helped.
My first room smelled like a men's locker room and had trash and pizza boxes in it. The second room smelled just as awful and I had to get the front desk to come by and ask the cleaning service which rooms were actually clean.
Next, in my now cleanish room the main lamp had a busted bulb and when I informed the front desk, they didn't believe me! They had to come into my room and try, in vain, to turn on the lamp themselves. When they were finally convinced, I was promised this would be fixed the next day but it never was. I eventually just let it go because I returned very late and I knew they wouldn't fix it at night.

Dégoûté ! 74€ cher pour ce que c'est ! Hotel très passable : j'ai réservé un lit double noté sur ma réservation et on m'annonce que ce sera 2 lits. Finalement on nous donne une chambre avec lit double avec vu sur une cour avec un un vis a vis de malade ( 4 m max de l'immeuble en face) . Ça sent mauvais dans la chambre et les couloirs, les salles de bains sont minuscules, par de climatisation, la tnt sur la tv bref on est loin des 3*** plus un hôtel de passe !!!

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and honestly regret my stay there. Lesson learned.

The WiFi was constantly disconnecting from my devices and you can only use it on one device at a time. You must have an email address in order to gain access.

You have to be buzzed into the hotel at night.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et efficace!
La chambre est propre et confortable

They are currently renovating the hotel. I wasn't able to hear any noises in the morning or at night which is nice. But there are some materials in the stairwells.

Hotel vétuste .... mériterait un bon coup de peinture et le changement du mobilier .... qualité des prestations à revoir

Edit: I was emailed by the owner of the hotel and was accused of lying about my experience when it was clear he did not take the time to fully read my review. I find this in very bad taste and definitely warn against this location.

I booked this hotel because I wanted a relaxing worry free experience in Lyon and honestly, I am disappointed.

Staff is multilingual. All the staff I encountered knew at least French(obviously) and English.
