I might have just been unlucky with my waitress, but I was pretty disappointed with the food here. She seems to have assumed I was American and therefore wanted my duck well-done, and I got a very overcooked dish. (She didn't ask me how I'd want it. )

Was recommended by our Airbnb host to go to Chez Julien across the street, but it was closed for a private event.

Terrible food, terrible service, and terrible price. If you like subpar pub quality food disguised as french cuisine this is the place for you. Otherwise, literally anywhere else would be a better choice.

She also put the plate down on the table forcefully enough that the dish almost spilled over. The other waitress seemed nice enough but I think this place might be very hit or miss.
I did get the sense that they do not like tourists.
Unfortunate, since the atmosphere is so lovely!

Decided to head next door to Louis Philippe Cafe Restaurant, which was the first step towards a terrible decision. Do not let it’s charming appearance deceive you, avoid this place at all costs!

this place was suggested by a friend of us but we were waiting for more. although the waiter try to make the night funny, he did not know when to wait with the jokes, which make him confuse the orders. some of the dishes were good but other nothing special. price quality is ok, at least for the food. for the wine, it is a little bit over price

Quiet and cozy setting, and a nice mixture of locals and tourists. Hearing English spoken, they gave English menus to all at our table, including our Parisian friends. Traditional French cuisine at very good prices. Food well prepared and excellent service. Those who may find the service slow don't understand the pace of French dining.

Simply horrible food! Dont waste your euros. The worse resautant i ever met in France. I ve got my meat after 3 min 100% prepared the day before and just warmed in a microwave. Ordered a glass of wine that fortunately has never been served. C'est la honte de la restauration francaise

The entrecote (steak) was similar to boot leather of something that they would use to make dog food. The Blanquette de Veau (veal) must have been the toughest calf on the block, and the wine was similar to something you’d use to disinfect a countertop. Obviously pre-cooked and microwaved as the order was brought to the table in a matter of minutes and varied in temperature with each bite, the chef apparently isn’t aware the flavour exists.

Arrived at 12.00 midnight...such a lovely local bar/for the evenings final coffee/drink. Quite a few people, looking as they were local residents.
