I've been twice in the last week! Once for an apéro in the beautifully decorated bar with a great range of wines and cocktails and once for lunch on the terrace in the sun which is great value at 25€ for 3 courses, overlooking the pool and out across the vines. Stunning.

We stayed in Chateau Les Carrasses a few years ago and were hoping to find a similarly high standard of accommodation and service. Chateau St Pierre de Serjac didn't disappoint and we left with wonderful memories thanks to a terrific four nights there at the start of July. As a family of four, it suited us to stay in the hotel this time around and the two rooms that we had were really well appointed and across the corridor from each other. We ate in the restaurant on three of the four nights and enjoyed a delicious variety of dishes, all prepared to a very high standard .... oh yeah, and if you like your cocktails, Eduardo is stationed at the bar and will certainly make you happy. All in all, 10 out of 10 - thanks for an amazing time!

If we bring our kids back to France, we would not hesitate to go to Serjac!

It might have been the time of year, but I think the hotel should be more forthcoming that there will be lots of children, in the pool and running around as you eat your dinner. Quite annoying when you are trying to have a romantic dinner. The staff indicated that it has been like that for weeks.

Bar staff and others - I would give them a 4.5 star. They were so nice and helpful!

Restaurant - food was good, service MUCH to be desired. Breakfast was mediocre at best, definitely not worth the money.

Let me preface This review with the fact that we have kids, adore kids, but think kids should be well behaved at the pool and at dinner. And that this is a beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds.

Service was extremely unsatisfactory and the waiter's attitude was very close to being insolent.
Food was cold, except for the ice cream which was served warm.
This was my second and LAST visit.

We loved every minute of our time at this newly renovated Chateau (the younger sister of the equally stunning Chateau Les Carrasses). The combination of St Pierre's setting - with views of vineyards as far as the eye can see, an amazing spa, great food & wine, and a truly beautiful wine cellar, this place ticked every box for us. Very friendly and helpful staff too. When we return to France again, we will definitely be returning here! Thank you for such a great time.

Room - was great! Great towels, great pillows, great shower, great bed. Not sound proof so in the early AM you could hear the kids running around above us.
