We visited this bar after walking out of a neighbouring restaurant due to poor service. The staff at Chez Fred were welcoming and helpful. My partner left her cardigan on the back of her chair and it had been carefully put to one side when we returned a couple of days later to enquire about it. Has prime position in the square.

Bit pricey but cool location, medium selection and friendly staff. Also apparently all the staff is good-looking.

On adore la planche a la française saucisson-baguette-fromage ! La carte des vins est chouette, très jolie terrasse

Chez Fred c'est surtout le cadre super agréable de la Place du Palais et sincèrement les planches sont correctes ! Parfois un peu cher et un toilette pour toute la terrasse ! Mais après c'est u bistrot donc on leur pardonne !
