Understaffed in the worst way when I went. Had an e-ticket, so not unduly bothered by complete absence of staff at ticket desk. Woman at concession stand was dealing with payments for popcorn etc. and selling tickets. Queued to pay for drinks then went to go up to auditorium. Other member of staff in evidence was on stairs. Showed him e-ticket on phone and he said we had to get it validated by woman at concession stand. So we joined the back of the long queue again. Eventually a third member of staff appeared and invited us over to the actual ticket desk. Queued there, only to be told that we only had to show e-ticket to guy at stairs. We did this, again, but he just wrote number on a piece of paper. Finally upstairs, past programme start time but the auditorium was roped off and people were queuing again. Waited five minutes. Eventually a guy went through rope and checked inside auditorium. Programme had started, room pitch dark, no member of staff in evidence. So we just went in. Welcome to the future.

Been there 2 times. No cleaning between sessions. The second time the movie started in the 3D version when it should have been the normal version. After signaling about it, took 5 long minutes for the staff to resolve the situation without even the slightest apologies. All this on top of the quite expensive price made us wonder where the money is going if it's neither in the place or the competent staff... They're lucky they're are the only one around in Belfort.
