Don't order a taxi at the reception, chances are that they will rip you off with an unprofessional driver charging more than double the standard rate.

Good hotel. Good location. Too expensive for the quality but that's just Geneva in general.

Stayed for a week with the u18 Dragonboating group. The hotel staff are friendly... Rooms are very nice.

I wish they have house keeping services every day and toiletries replenished for the price we paid could have got breakfast included. Place very cenerick two big grocery store's close by room does get a bit cold at night the heater not very efficient

A good accommodation if you are travelling with children. Nothing too fancy, but the price is affordable and the location convenient.

Bad Bad BAD! I booked 9 business people into this hotel, and it was a disgrace! Dirty, moldy, no customer service. Layers of dust on everything. INSECTS in every room.The rooms were so old that the pattern had worn off the carpet. No air conditioning, and blazing hot bedrooms on the upstairs floor. Additionally, the hotel was going through "renovations", and told my party they had told me this when I booked, and that they could not accommodate them in the "new" rooms. TOTALLY untrue! I never received any such correspondence. I called to speak to them about these issues, and they put me on hold, and never cane back. Then, when I called back, THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I am a professional, with a professional and courteous attitude to everyone in the hospitality industry. But this place deserves to be SHUT DOWN.

Excellent vaue for moeny. Very hard to find on my maps apps and really should be sign posted better. But once there terrific value. We had a suite for 5 people for a very fair price and it's more of an aprtment hotel than a real hotel but good night's sleep before an early takeoff is waht people will wnat it for and for that it is the best I've found.

Not up to high standard for the price. I called in advance to arrange the booking and ended up in a call center queue. When I finally got through to reception, I explained what I need, was then put on hold and then then the call cut. After my arrival late evening, did not get the room I reserved for. The reception told me, "you come early" then it's a case of first come, first serve.. room for improvement, definitely. No pun intended
