Nice location (10min from the city center), beautiful hotel, the bedroom is big and clean. Upon arrival we had four little cakes in a plate. Great view on the Park. I loved the Molton Brown mini products, the pillow perfume, the room equipment (bathrobes, iron, cofee machine, TV, etc). I recommend.

Excellent Service at front desk. Clean and comfortable. I almost refused to stay at Crowne Plaza after a recent experience in Helsinki. However this hotel staff made me give them another chance. Great service and understanding their entertainment customers. This hotel should teach others front desks how to treat customers. Jerome and (Justina?) can't remember her name now. They

Great location. Staff are all courteous. The breakfast offers good selection of hot and cold good and the running station of water, towel and green apples is a sweet gesture.

I didn't stay here, my mother-in-law did. However, I visited it for breakfast. They had a great breakfast buffet with a great assortment of options to chose from. The hotel is a bit far from everything, however, it has a built in little village with shopping and food, so it works for a quick stay.

Had breakfast at the lobby restaurant twice, each item was well prepared and fresh. Lots of options for teas and coffees and pastries. And, as is not typical for a French breakfast, there was actually breakfast food other than just pastries/bread. I had the pastries too, I still love a pastry, and they were very good.

Very nice hotel but a bit remote from downtown..but there is bus service (2€) right there. Staff are great. Bar and breakfast were very nice.

Great option to stay in Lyon. Located right next to bus station that takes you both to the city center and to the station that leads to the airport. User friendly staff and the breakfast is really good!

AC did not work. No hotel parking at the premises (they contract with nearby parking garage, but besides few euros of your nightly stay, you will have to pay every time you want to to take your car out of hotel). Nickel and diming for everything. You wanna use the fridge in the room? 9 euros. You want a small bottle of water? 6 euros. You want q-tips? 3 euros... Sheesh. I paid for a stay, so how about you include something besides the mattress?
