This is a working winery in Languedoc, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Be assured that when you visit -although our host was truly wonderful- the romance is bottled. You will purchase, and some months on you will wish you had purchased more. They have a strong palette of reds, each quite distinct, and one so rich -flecked with dry herb highlights and smoke- that the experience lingers like emotion. This is liquid love. Our last bottle of Les Pouges, a glorious white, is the highlight for dinner with our food-writer friends.

Tres bon vin 100 % bio. Gilles et Odile viticulteur eleveur vous feront déguster les meilleurs vins. Je vous conseille vivement le «Pouge». Ambiance tres sympathique.
