After four days I gave back the car (Paris Charles de Gaulle), (end of contract)Stephanie Chaudot emailed me asking if I was having any problem with it and to extend the contract! I was already home (US). She gave me a direct phone number that I cannot reach and no matter the time. She never replied to the emails I sent. Today, a transaction has been done on my credit card without my authorization. I had to oppose the card. They did not credit the 250 euros they owe me because when I did give back the car (check the cameras), the employee told me that there was no problem at all with the car! I called the "gendarmerie" who explained to go to the "tribunal de police". This story is not closed yet so maybe you want to act professional and answer your clients.
