L'annonce d'un prix de 200 € et 2 semaines d'attente (on est débordés) pour une petite durite de refroidissement qui m'a coûte 90€ avec la main d'oeuvre et dans la journée dans un autre garage calaisiens...

Travelled to France from UK only to find out at the last minute that driver side headlight was out. Drove straight to their Kia service centre from ferry with little hope. In UK nothing happens without appointments taken days ago, if not weeks. But here they were really friendly and helpful. Within 10 minutes, headlight had been replaced and I was on my way. And they charged my just the cost of headlight, no labour, and even that was cheaper than UK. We should be more like them, at least in attitude if not prices.
