The first car rental I know, which doesn't have any support service if something happens with the car

When picking up the car, there were very few issues. I was surprised to learn that after already paying for the rental, and insurance for the car I had to buy further insurance as the one I'd purchased was apparently not worth anything. I got stung with a €300 deposit, and was told it was automaticly return to my bank account upon safe delivery of the car back to the firefly desk. I have still received nothing, I called around a few different number to see what the issue is and after 2 days, I eventually got through to the desk at Beauvais airport and spoke to this guy, who had no intention of helping whatsoever. He was rude, told me it was an issue with the bank and not him or the company. He wouldn't verify any of my details, he was just completely disinterested in my query. I am still yet to get my deposit back. I will never recommend firefly to anyone I know, let alone use them again myself. Doesnt matter if they come across cheap, with hidden fees & terrible customer service, it's just not worth it.

Looks cheap at the beggining but....
We were charged for 9 days £120.92 which is allright. But this is not the total price. We paid extra £137.66: fees, to stay abroad (from Spain to Andorra), petrol charge (even if we returned the deposit almost full), technical service (that we did not use) plus VAT.
Very improfessional stafff, arguing in front of us about lunch breaks. Really understaffed. Massive queues. We signed for a contract and in a few minutes they asked me to sign for another one as the car was not in site yet (dangerous, suspicious).
We rented it via RENTALCAR and they told us if we had an accident the insurance of RENTALCAR did not cover in case of accident. We should have paid to FIREFLY and then ask to RENTALCAR to get the money back.
Very tricky.

So Bad! 2 hour wait to get a car we had pre ordered. Got a car with a cracked windscreen but was then upgraded to a new car. Only 1 person working on the desk. 10-15 mins check in time per person at the desk. Wouldn't use again

I had very bad experience with this car rental company, I was assigned a gasoline car when in the contract it was specified that the car was a renalut capture dci90 which is actually diesel, as a consequence of this fuel costs were higher,
The car had very little power and the engine alarm light was permanently on.
At the time of delivery and due to a bad signaling of the parking I could not leave the car in the places assigned to firefly, when going to the counter to report this incident I discover that there is nobody, it was 7:50 PM and on his website they say the office is open until 11:00 PM, I had to leave the keys in a mailbox.
A few days later I discover that I have charged 69 euros for moving the car 100 meters, I do not recommend them for anything, cheap goes expensive.
