I only have positive things to say about Guest Apartment Services. Three of my friends and I stayed in two apartments in May 2016. The apartments were exactly as advertised on the website and check-in was efficient and well-managed. I also highly recommend using their driver, Vincent. This is the first time I have stayed in an apartment (v. a hotel) because I used to worry about logistical inconveniences. However, there were none. They were extremely responsive via email and everything was delivered exactly as requested (such as the bed configuration, the driver, etc.) If you are looking for lovely properties with excellent management, look no further than Guest Apartment Services Paris.

I have now stayed in apartments rented through Guest Apartment Services Paris twice in a little over one year. I can't say enough about the communication and support that is given from the time that you make your first inquiry to after your final checkout. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and will do whatever is in their power to ensure that your stay in Paris is everything it can be. I stayed on the Ile Saint Louis both visits and have loved both the location and the apartments themselves. The price is so reasonable for everything you get. I know that I will use them the next time I am lucky enough to plan another trip to Paris.

We rented this lovely apartment in Paris through Guest Apartment services. Every aspect of the experience was outstanding - from the rental itself, the information and ease with which we were informed about the surrounding areas, the pick up and drop off to the airport and the caring response to our specific needs.

This was my second stay with Guest Apartment Services. The location was fabulous in a quiet building. The apartment was just the right size, well equipped and the customer service was as before wonderful. I expect there to be a 3rd visit soon! RKS from San Francisco

Formidable! Stayed for 2 weeks in Asteri on Ile St. Louis, with beautiful views facing north across the Seine to the Hotel de Ville. Apartment had everything we needed to make the stay magical. (The only small thing missing was an elevator after days out walking in Paris!) The staff at GAS were extremely helpful, as were their drivers, with prompt pickup and dropoff at Gare du Nord and help with luggage up and down the stairs. I could not speak more highly of the apartment and the experience and will recommend them to everyone.


Our recent stay in the "Ombelle" apartment exceeded our expectations!

We had an enjoyable week long stay at Wild Rose apartment in September. The interior was tastefully arranged with lovely antiques and the windows looked out over a wonderful rooftop vista, out to the Sacre Couer in the distance. It felt like we were in our own home and we enjoyed the selection of classical and baroque music available which fitted perfectly with the atmosphere of this lovely home. Conveniently located to walk to the many museums, local restaurants, bars and cafes, we feel comfortable to recommend this choice of apartment. The assistance received at Guest Apartment Services by Liliane Muller and Christophe Marty was warm, friendly and helpful. Many thanks.

Great company, very professional . All the apartments managed by them are beautifully maintained, with nice bedding and towels once a week cleaning service. They all have Complete kitchen equipment for longer stays. I wont deal with anyone else in Paris

We loved this quaint, beautifully decorated apartment. It had absolutely everything we needed for our Paris stay. Guest Apartment Services were excellent hosts. We’ll definitely return.

From first contact through reservation straight on through to checking out, the experience was most professional, friendly, careful and just plain delightful!

We appreciated Vincent, the driver who picked us up and dropped us off at our different travel locations.

Love Guest Apartment Services madly. Can't wait to return to them again. The attention is better than one would expect from the best hotel services in Paris. Superior accommodations, beautifully attended..

Having an physical office space so close by also helped make us feel secure in case of any issues that may have come up.

I would most highly recommend renting from Guest Apartment Services. We will rent again.

We loved our Parisian apartment--which was right in the heart of Paris! Christophe and his team did a great job welcoming us and making sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. We'll be back!

We enjoyed meeting Christophe for our check in. The apartment itself is so well equipped and comfortable! Beds are good and the kitchen well stocked. Being on the quiet end of the street is so peaceful after the busy hustle and bustle of the day. The little balcony was sweet and despite the rain we managed a quick "cheers" to " to Paris in between the rain drops.
