Nice location, however it is cumbersome to get to by vehicle/taxi. No executive lounge. Great breakfast and nice rooms.

Seems nice so far. The bed way brand new and easy to catch a few hours of sleep after a red eye flight. Easy access to shopping and the metro. The rooms are nicely sized compared to more local hotels and they have an iron and ironing board which is important for me.

Very unpleasant experience.
Location is hard to drive through, the rude (only French speaking) security didnt allow us to drive in to drop our bags.
Ordered room service, had to go down to pay as the card machine doesnt work in the room and they dont trust their guests.
The breakfast has four types of food, took them 20mins to prepare 2 eggs.

Nice location two steps from the RER station and pedestrian mall. Interior room was quiet and overlooked the lobby. Interesting architecture as the hotel is a building within a building. Bed was hard. The room itself was sufficient but faded.

The rooms are amazingly cozy. The decor is just mesmerising. Overall a great experience. :)

Rooms are clean, beds are larger than other hotels I've stayed at in France. Breakfast is incredible - chef to prepare your eggs or crepes fresh & they try to have a fresh honey comb for breakfast (it's incredible to taste). Amenities are severely lacking, no pool, the "fitness centre" is 2 treadmills and an elliptical. We asked for a fan for the room, since there is no AC... there are no fans in the hotel. The windows don't open either, but if you're on the side that's facing the inside of the mall, you wouldn't want them to be open. All in all, a decent hotel, but not what I would expect of the Hilton brand.

The hotel location is perfect, breakfast buffet is very good, rooms are clean and good, I like the view as well.reception mainly are friendly but some were not nice to us.
One thing that extremely disappointed me and it was really unexpected in any Hilton anywhere else. Unfortunately I was with my family, after our long exhausting trip, I asked for extra blanket and I was waiting for more that one and half hour , calling the housekeeping and the reception several times with no action. They were saying "u had one already" SERIOUSLY!
In addition, I ask for an adapter for 2 days and every time I got "tomorrow we will bring u one" until I went to the store to buy one.
They also don't put the daily complementary water in the room as any other Hilton around the world.
Anyway, My family are staying for the whole week, for me I think next time I'll take in consideration some where that can provide me with better services.

The location is great being only a short metro ride into central Paris, some features in the room such as the fridge need modernising but this is over all a very nice hotel

Nice room, great service and very good breakfast. Location was difficult to find initially and there is no executive lounge.

It is everything you would expect from a Hilton, clean, comfortable, nice. The people are very nice and helpful. It was great to come back to after a long hot day of sightseeing. It is near a metro station so travel is super easy.
