I don't usually write reviews but this experience is terrible. Sofa beds. Weak internet connection. No room service. If you want a new clean towel you have to go down and get it yourself. No bar. Impolite unfriendly self centered arrogant receptionist(one dude in particular). No service whatsoever. Dirty rooms. The shower in our room doesn't work well. When you call FROM YOUR ROOM to ask about something, they'll go like"we will check" and hang up the phone to your face. We asked them to change the trash, they threw us a plastic bag. Which means here, change it yourself. We arrived exhausted at 10 Am, they asked us to go and do something until they have a free room. Find yourself a one star hotel, trust me will do you better than this joke. At least a one star hotel Is what a hotel is supposed to be. I have no clue based on what this hotel is rated as a 3 stars hotel.

Friendly staff, Great location for Disney and shopping centre, Rooms were a good size and clean.

Bad: Not well cleaned. Only two of the five English tv channels working. No tumblers to drink from. No sharp knife in the kitchen. Marks on the walls.

Great for family with small children as the separate bedroom means we can put small ones to bed and have an evening together. Free shuttle bus is frequent and takes just a few minutes to Disney, though can get a bit busy. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Overall it was OK stay, the location was good for us. I wont be rushing back!

Good: Free bus to disney stops directly outside the building. Nice bathroom. Modern decor. Good staff.

Overall we were pleased with our stay at Hipark. The location is brilliant as there is a shopping centre and lots of fantastic restaurants 5-10 minutes walk into the town and it's 10-15 minute walk to Disney Land. Hotel is very well priced compared to the hotels in the immediate Disneyland vicinity. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland but to be honest, it's not really worth getting it because it's always full to capacity and we always had to walk to Disneyland as we simply couldn't fit onto the bus. We didn't mind the walk as it is only 10-15 minute walk.
Our issue was with the bed, it was a fold out sofa bed - Which we were aware of when we booked but my god it was uncomfortable - I did think it was going to have a proper matrices but it's not, it's very flimsy bit of material to lay on. It was the cheaper room at the hotel but we still paid 300 euros for 4 nights so think thats justifiable for a decent bed! I don't understand why they have sofa beds when there are already a couple of chairs in the room and it just seemed a pointless feature to have a sofa bed when it's a hotel. We were also disappointed that the rooms are cleaned once a week so we didn't get any fresh towels or toilet roll.

Good and clean hotel, nice design and friendly staff, good connections to Disney Land (free bus stops directly in front of the hotel). Wifi was very slow and sometimes it did not work and I would not pay extra for the breakfast

The hotel was really nice as were the rooms. It's in a great location for both the Disney parks and the local town. The area is definitely on the pricey side but it's expected around there anyway. The room was lovely, we only really had issue with the bed being quite hard and the tv not working. The staff were nice, however when it came to needing anything you had to ask a good few times for them to help. Other than that we would stay here again.

Shuttle right in front of the doors every 15 mins to Disney land. Cute and quiet little town. The rooms are clean and modern. Would definitely stay again

Some of stains around but generally clean. Friendly staff. Okay ish price but parking and extras are very costly, as expected. Would relatively recommend

Impressed with the room size and the location of the hotel.
The free shuttle service makes commuting too and from Disneyland Paris very easy. Would definitely stay again. Only reason I marked down to 4 stars was they put us in a regular suite rather than a superior than we have booked and payed for, they also did not have us down as breakfast when we had specifically paid for this. Thanks for the lovely stay though. I'm sure we will be back soon.
