on a eu une grande et magnifique chambre au dernier etage pour trois, en pleins coeur du centre ville, il y a 2 bar juste à coté dont un qui ferme à 4heures du matin, on a eu aucun soucis, aucun bruit! Je recommande! La personnes qui était à la réception était très gentil et professionnel, cela dis l'entretien de la salle de bain (joint carrelage) peu être amélioré.

Great hôtel, nice staff, i recommand

After checking out, we stored our luggage with the hotel staff. 3 hours later, when we got back, our backpack was no longer there. The manager did not come out to address the issue, and when confronted in his office, did not say hello or address me, but merely stated (without looking up from his computer work) that he did not personally handle the bags and thus knows nothing. He then suggested (still without looking up) that perhaps we imagined leaving the backpack there. He continued his work, ignoring us.

Hotel is near the historic centre. To the Castle Ducks of Bretagne is it about 20 min, 10 min to the Tour Bretagne and 20 min to the Elephant on foot. Nice personal, clean and quiet room, comfortable beds and big bathroom. A few metres from parking Graslin. Tasty breakfast.

A very conveniently located property, but the cost is the inconvenience of accessing the Hotel--up 2 flights of stairs just to get to the desk. Check in staff very friendly and helpful, and bicycle friendly.

Luggage storage is not secure

Good location. Rooms very small. Bed 1.4 meters wide. Breakfast, good quality in a very very small dining room.

The luggage was placed at a open space in a hallway next to the elevator and stairway, between the kitchen, staff offices, and the main lobby. There were no security cameras. The staff who handled the bag apologized for forgetting to give us a bag tag. I reported the incident to the police, but nothing could be done. The manager still failed to come out to address us or apologize.

Very good to be 2 stars hotel.
The position is fantastic, right in the city center of Nantes.
Little bit difficult to arrive there to many pedestrian road.
Room are clean, little small but in this city all are the same in the center.
