The room was clean and the receptionist was very nice. Transport was p convenient with the bus 72 was right outside which went to all the tourist attractions.

Staff was great. Spoke good enough English. Helped when addressed. The view is not great but the cost was cheap enough that I didn't expect a great view. Same with location. It is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro or 30ish minutes to the Eiffel tower. There is a nice mall right across the bridge if you need anything. Summers in Paris are rather warm and when we first got to our room the AC felt great. It was just cool enough. Sometime through the night this stopped being the case and come noon the room was stagnant and hot. Bed is low to the ground. But firm and comfortable. Wifi requires an email, we just put in a throwaway email. You don't have to verify. We were given one towel and had to talk to the front desk to get another. Overall, decent hotel for a good price. Would have been 4 stars if the AC was better.

Changed to this hotel after our first one was in a terrible location. Lovely setting very close to the river, plenty of resteraunt very local and the eiffel tower is only a 15min walk along the river. The room was nice and clean and a lovely place to be. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful and could speak English well.

Suits it's purpose as an affordable hotel. Breakfast is good if you are staying there, otherwise not worth the 12€ per person. Rooms are adequate, but forget having a view. This hotel is tucked away on a side street with no action at night. It is settled in a neighborhood of apartment buildings. Staff is friendly and sort of helpful. Wouldn't mail a letter for me, but did make some phone calls for me.

Great service! Close to perfect. Room was mixed - great bed, but had trouble getting the heat on at night.

Night staff have poor customer service skills, the restaurant/ snack bar was closed on a Saturday evening at 8pm despite advertising being open to 10:30pm. Rooms dated but ok, facilities average. Location ok for metro and walkable to Eiffel Tower - but not on to other attractions realistically.

The hotel is near the town center. It is not updated since a while, but the rooms are pleasant. I had some issues when arriving and until they got cleared with my travel agency I had to stay in front of the hotel, not even invited me to have a coffee or to leave my luggage at the reception. All in all after my problem got solved I had quite a nice stay at this hotel.

Really enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and provided everything that was required. Location was great (unless you are too lazy to walk a few minutes to a metro station !). My daughter left her mobile phone in the bathroom on our last day and the staff were extremely helpful in arranging a taxi to bring it to us at Gare du Nord station. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
