Small rooms, affordable, good location, poor internet, very nice staff

There's an old smoking smell that lingers in the rooms which is quite disturbing if you're a non smoker. The rooms' doors can be heard when opening and closing which can disturb your sleep if you're a light sleeper even.

I had a very good stay in this hotel. It is just few seconds distant to the river and 10-15 min walking distance to the main centre. The staff is very welcoming. In the toilet there was smell every time we used the sink but the bed was large and extremely comfortable.

Rooms are below average; I had to ask to move rooms because the first one I was given smelt like an old smoking room. Decor is dated and the whole place really could do with a refurbishment. The only redeeming factor was the lovely lady on reception- the staff are the the saving grace for this hotel.

The proximity to the center of Lyon, restaurants and commodities is perfect. Tramway is a few steps away taking you directly to the SNCF train station or towards the Northern part of Lyon nearby the Parc de la tête d'Or. Everything is a 5 to 10 min walk away which is quite handy when the weather is good. The staff is nice and welcoming!

The people were really nice that worked at this hotel. There is parking below the hotel via elevator. Location is perfect to walk to centrum and water

Nice and cosy hotel.
Big rooms and good breakfast.
Close to the river with a lot of restaurants.
But it can't be so expensive to repair shower :-(
No wall socket next to nightstand. Some of the sockets not working.

It's not the best hotel in the world, but it's a really nicely run hotel and the staff are outstanding. Loic, in particular, helped and assisted us during our stay, he was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable; he gets 2 of the 4 stars for the place.

Hotel location very convenient to explore the city. Room was upgraded for free so I can't complain. Only bad point: the wifi is unreliable and always disconnects.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, very nice staff.
Somehow simple hotel but, quiet and close to thw center.
Will go again.
