Hotel Dandy is a grande old Dame of a hotel! Lovely old fashioned fixtures and fittings and wonderful customer service made this a fantastic stopover in Rouen. We used the hotel parking garage as we had a car full of camping equipment and the garage was very very secure. The breakfast was fantastic and fresh with lovely tea and coffee. We will certainly return!

Accueil sympathique, bien situé et de charme... voir un peu trop, décor prononcé, et parfois vétuste! La literie est de mauvaise qualité et bruyant au niveau du voisinage. Déjeuner de moindre qualité, quantité de serviettes médiocre (1 petite et une grande pour 2 personne) ... souci d'économie ?!!

Classic style hotel, with vintage fixtures and fittings. Friendly staff, parking available underground max 1.8m. Wifi access in lobby, no air conditioning.

Lovely and central position on a largely pedestrianised street. I don't think I'd have wanted to be in a non superior room as the bathroom was fairly aged as it was. Lovely antiques in room. Toasters on each table at breakfast was a highlight for my wife!

Neat small hotel on the edge of the pedestrianised area of the city. Parking by arrangement just down the road. Breakfast was lovely.
