Hôtel 3 étoiles. C'est une plaisanterie. Chambre sombre humide. Vieillot. Hygiène à revoir sérieusement. Aucun charme. Et rien n'est fait pour l'améliorer.
Petit déjeuner médiocre.

Ancien hôtel de poste tricentenaire très pittoresque. Excellent entretien. Personnel extrêmement gentil. Belle chambre. Bon restaurant.

Full of character, very friendly staff, superb restaurant. Rooms were old but spotlessly clean. It made a nice change from the corporate blandness of so many chain hotels.

We arrived very late at night but the owner stayed up to let us in and he even got us a few beers. What legend. The rooms were just as good. Large and clean. What more could you ask from a little French town.

What a wonderful find! A charming gem in the heart of the medieval part of the city. From the moment we walked in, we were enchanted. A warm welcome from the staff, although it was a Sunday evening and we hadn't booked, two rooms found for the 6 of us and a table booked in the restaurant. Our rooms were comfortable and charming, typical vintage French with none of the slickness and soullessness of more corporate accommodation. The meal in the restaurant was superlative. Beautiful surroundings, charming and efficient service and the most delectable food, beautifully cooked and presented. We were a family group of 6 including three children and we all enjoyed every mouthful. We passed an excellent night and woke to a lovely breakfast. Guests have the choice of breakfast served in the room or downstairs. The owners and staff are charming, there is plenty of off street parking and at least three languages are spoken. We will certainly be returning, the sooner the better!

The ultimate in shabby chic: everything creaks, no floor is level, bits fall off the building at intervals .... and I LOVE IT. Add to this a great location with everything only a short walk away, friendly and helpful staff, and a Tardis of a private car park (surely it shouldn't be possible to get so many cars into such a tiny space?). Oh, did I mention the restaurant? Top notch food, wine and service. You either get it or you don't and I'm happy so many people seem not to so there's always room for me!
