Agressive owner and very unprofessional. After al long trip from Barcelona, I arrived at this hotel. There had been roadblocks on the way. I was confronted with a closed door at 12.15h. The owner had contacted me by mail saying I should arrive before 21 or 23. Texting / mailing and driving doesn' go together I think, so I did not see it. He is from a generation having used a telephone all life long, couldn't he just call me? There was a phone number on the door but he did not answer my calls. I called him three times. No answer at all. I I rang the bell. NO answer so i went to a fully-booked F1-hotel to ask for a room but there was a receptionist who called him and this time... he answered. He gave me the key code so i could answer. In the mean time it was 1.30 ...In the morning he was very rude and "il faisait la têté comme un goz de 6 ans" saying that I shouldn't have said anything about the service and that I could better leave! I thought I was talking to a "guardien de prison". Off course he only spoke French. I payed, checked out, I made a complaint again saying that he could at least have offered me a free breakfast which was clearly out of question for him and he threatened with the police. I left, decided to came back to ask for brochures and filmed him as I found his behaviour highly unprofessional, rude and unappropriate. I was a client after all, having paus over 75 euros but he pushed me outside and smacked my phone against the floor. I will put it it on You Tube soon.This guy is not meant to open a hotel!

Dobře dostupný hotel blízko historického centra. Útulné, dobře vybavené a čisté pokoje. Vynikající snídaně. Velmi příjemný personál.

Hotel amb una correcta qualitat/preu, un llit còmode i confortable i poca cosa més. L'habitació en la que ens vam allotjar era molt petita, mal il·luminada i amb algun punt de llum fos. L'armari també era petit i sense cap tipus de prestatge, fet que dificulta l'emmagatzematge de roba, i amb pocs endolls (3 en total, dos a l'habitació i un al lavabo), que tenint en compte l'època de l'any, un ja era ocupat pel ventilador. El lavabo es veu antic i amb una reforma pendent, on la dutxa encara llueix una trista cortina. Finalment, comentar que és fàcil aparcar als carrers adjacents i que la recepció només es troba oberta en determinades hores del dia.

À fuir. Mobilier vieux, petite télé, pas de climatisation. Bruyant. Rapport qualité/prix déplorable. Mauvaise direction.

Bon rapport Q/P à prix bas. parking extérieur gratuit et personnel sympa. dommage, un peu de vétusté dans les chambres...
