Tussen het voorgerecht en het hoofdgerecht zat welgeteld 10 minuten en het toetje werd vrijwel gelijk nadat de borden van het hoofdgerecht op waren gehaald op tafel gezet. Er werd tussendoor ook niet gevraagd of we nog iets wilden drinken. Dus als je van haute cuisine binnen drie kwartier houdt (4 sterren fastfood) dan is dit restaurant absoluut een aanrader.

Cadre effectivement très beau mais le pseudo patron ou chef de rang de cet établissement n'a rien à faire au contact de la clientèle !!!! Du jamais vu ! Désagréable (je pèse mes mots), hautain, aucune réponse aux questions et, cerise sur le gâteau : au moment de partir nous traversons la salle du restaurant et il était là, vautré sur une chaise, avec ses potes autour d'une table. Il ne s'est même pas levé pour nous saluer et encore moins nous raccompagner à la sortie ! HALLUCINANT

This family run hotel & Restaurant is hidden away, yet a minutes walk from the main street, in a lovely location, the watermill and flowing water were both romantic and relaxing. The hotel rooms were clean and in the standard French Style with sheets & blankets as opposed to duvets, but not expensive for the area and with the watermill setting we were not complaining! Gourmet food worth every penny in the restaurant with attentive and wine savvy waiters - and an Armagnac souflet to DIE for, such that we went there both nights!! Also small-dog friendly and private parking, which were our reasons for choosing the hotel for one night initially, but then opted to stay a second night as we liked the place so much.

Voor ons noooooit meer!!!

Over het eten zul je ons niet horen klagen, deze is van prima kwaliteit. Echter is de gastvrijheid en de service van het personeel zwaar onder de maat! We arriveerden om 20.00 uur (we hadden eerder deze dag gereserveerd). Om 21.00 stonden we weer buiten. We kregen onze gerechten nog net niet op tafel gegooid.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Wij voelden ons zeer ongemakkelijk en werden gewoon in recordtijd weggeserveerd.
