"It's okay"is the perfect description. At well below 100 bucks usually, you will get a clean room with a really comfortable and new bed.
Friendliness of the staff was quite alright too.

Clean and fresh rooms. Particularly like the prop up pillow that can be folded to help you sit up for reading in bed. The bed is very comfy and had a good nights sleep. Receptionist very friendly. Great location.

But the rooms are pretty small and dark (at least the ones to the patio). The biggest flaw in my opinion is the breakfast buffet though. It is at +15€ not really good and not very well stocked. In a country where you have so many awesome breakfast bistros, this is a real shame. Felt more like the free breakfast of Holiday Inn Express.

If you're just looking for a bed at night, I'd recommend the Novotel. For more nights, maybe not so much. But in any case try to avoid the breakfast buffet.

Looks good both on the inside and outside. Rooms are OK in size. Good parking. Food is good.

I've stayed at this hotel almost every time I have traveled to Belfort and have never had a bad experience. The beds are clean and firm and the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet has everything anyone could need to start the day from fruits and eggs to baked goods and yogurt.
Great place to put up your feet for a few nights after work.
