Right in the centre of town, minutes from the main railway station but the double glazing is very efficient meaning you don't hear the trains. Parking adjacent to the hotel is write small but there's another secure public car park which cost 10.50eur for 24 hours

This is a very nice, modern hotel. The staff was very friendly. I booked a double and the room was spacious for the price range. It had AC. One interesting note, the toilet is separate from the shower for this room. I was a solo traveler, so this not an factor, but might be nice if traveling with family.

Wifi shaky. Modular suite always has bathtub plus separate shower. In this instance, Bathtub did not work. Parking limited but inexpensive. Great breakfast for the price. Very friendly staff. Inroom nespresso and kettle. Large tv. Microwave is part of the standard.

Clean, New hotel but unfortunate location next to the railway station. Ideal for a one night stay on a drive through.

Pet friendly hotel just behind the station. Good sized comfortable rooms. Easy walk to town centre. We also used the hotel car park for €10 a day.

The quality of service and the room is great, the one drawback is the location. Although it is physically right behind Gare de Reims (train station), you have to cross the station's long underground tunnel and walk alongside a quiet road for about 5 minutes. Not a pleasant walk with heavy luggage, plus that particular exit is a bit unsafe especially when compared to the more bustling and touristy front facade of the station, which faces the city centre. So if you want to avoid that long daily walk to the tourist attractions on the other side of the Gare you either have to spend money taking the bus for 2 stops or rent a car.

Room 418. Room was spacious for the class. The location is easy to access from the train station, so ignore Google when it suggests you need to walk around the block. Go under the train station to the other side and you'll find it. Did have an issue with staff following through with confirmations about trips we got them to organise. As an international guest, getting a local to help with this stuff is the reason we choose a hotel over an Airbnb. Also, be aware that while there is air conditioning controls in the room they don't do anything. All air con is controlled centrally.

This is definitely a hotel to consider if staying in Reims.

Clean, good size suite rooms, friendly staff. Small outdoor secured hotel car park - would recommend booking a space in advance if interested. There is a secure neighbouring car park too. Alternatively, you can park on the street from 7pm - 9am for free. Limited breakfast selection and only one staff member visible who is dealing with everything there. It can get very busy from about 7:45am onwards.

I was mostly at the end of a long trip and needed to do laundry. The hotel has a pay service, but no internal washing machine/dryer. The is a laundromat about a 10 minute walk and a market about 5 minutes away.

It is a short, if confusing, walk to the Reims train station. You have to use a tunnel under the train tracks. It is a comfortable walk to the Cathedral and a large number of restaurants.

I always book my hotels based on what I expect after reading reviews and the hotel's website. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

Overall, however, the amenities of the hotel itself are good and the staff and generally pleasant.
