Very good 2 stars front of bassin d'Arcachon and near market place

Cons:
- Can be a bit noisy at night from other rooms
- No air conditioning (I would recommend bringing your own fan at least)
- Our room was a bit tired and could do with refurbishment (ie silicone peeling away from bathtub)
- Only 1 accessible power socket. Although 3 way extension is provided, the location is a bit awkward
- The €8.50 breakfast is overpriced for what's available. (Bread, fruit, cereal, coffee). I'd suggest buying your breakfast from a local shop the night before.

Pros:
+ Friendly, welcoming staff. Very happy to speak in English when my French fails.
+ Convenient location. 10 - 15 minute walk to center.
+ Rooms have most things you need to be self sufficient
+ Clean linen and towels provided (at a cost)
+ Pet friendly (we brought our Labrador)

* Nothing to do with the hotel, but although the hotel is dog friendly, the local area/council/administration isn't. You cannot take your dog on any beach within walking distance and you'll be reminded of that by the numerous signs at every available opportunity. Very dissappointing!!!

Très bien pour les déplacements aussi bien professionnels que familiaux
Bon rapport qualité prix hors saison.
+ :Accueil : Très disponible et professionnel
+ :Environnement: Face à la baie, piscine chauffée
+ :Petit déjeuner au restaurant (à coté)
- : Chambre : Etat défraîchi mauvaise isolation phonique.

Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité
L'hôtel à vraiment besoin d'un relookage .Niveau 2 etoiles - seul point positif l'emplacement

Good all round hotel, but niggling problems, there is no hair dryer, you have to wear a wrist band to go in the pool, no problem but having clicked it on you cannot remove it, to cut it off you then pay 2 euro for another, but the most silly thing is when entering your room there is a cooker, stove, kettle, coffee and tea, But three large signs plastered on the table, the cooker and the wall, Saying no food whatsoever must be consumed in the room, if found you will be charged 45 euros for breaking the rule, stupid! .
Otherwise, very clean, nice friendly staff which were most helpful, breakfast ok, but eggs or something hot would be nice, only other thing, ordered room with balcony, but did not have, if we had cancelled would have had to pay cancelling charge. But otherwise as stated, very nice
