Nous avons séjourné en chambre familiale, ce qui est un plus pour les enfants. Chambres calmes et literies très confortables. Les petits déjeuners sont top et le personnel est très sympa. Super séjour.

On December 3rd 2016 I was visiting Ribeauville with my girlfriend. We decided to have a cup of coffee, and this was the nearest restaurant. We waited 2 minutes for a table, which is fine. After waiting few minutes for a waitress, we asked for two coffees and two desserts. When we told waitress that we do not want the main course She started being gruff, asking who even gave us a table and claimed that it is not possible to have a coffee also yelling that we must leave immediately. That was the first time I was kicked out of the restaurant. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.

Personnel à votre écoute et super sympa. Le restaurant est parfait. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, en plein centre.

We dined at many places in the city, this was by far the worst service. They made us sit next to a swarm of bees, we asked to move to one of the several open tables and they said no, because it was for 3 or more people and we were only 2. Halfway through the meal, the whole table was in the sun and we had to drag it back. The food wasn't bad, but was ruined by the service.
