This is 21st Century and this hotel has no air conditioner in room. When I complained about it they gave me an electric fan (small one!). The outdoor temperature was over 90 F (36 C). Try to avoid this hotel if you can.

Nice hotel in a great location. Great attention to detail with allergy requirements and friendly helpful staff. Refurbished rooms are very nice.

Staff very unfriendly I found them rude to pilgrims at lunch and dinner time food was ok rooms were small but clean could update the lifts and rooms I would stay again near to grotto would be my only reason to stay

Exceptional hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room is also wonderful with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. I enjoyed our stay so much. This is a great hotel if you're visiting Lourdes.

It was a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The hotel is located quite close to the Rosary Basilica. Staffs were all kind and polite. Highly recommended.
