Do not, under any circumstance, stay at this hotel. We had our worst hotel experience here ever. The owner went of on a insane rant at us for a simple misunderstanding caused by one of her employees. We were there with a baby boy that was so scared afterwards he didn't sleep for hours.

We have so many perfect stay at this hotel since we discover it few years ago. Just perfect for a short or a long stay at Biscarrosse, a 3 min walk to swim in the lake, 5 min drive to enjoy all superb beaches around and Dune du Pyla. The hotel as also a very relaxing swimming pool. The owners are always so kind with us and all guests, with a very "zen attitude". All rooms are nice and very clean, some as terrace, some are direct onto the pool side. Food is just so good, prepared every day by the owner with fresh local products, passion and creativity...a beautiful buffet and main courses. We strongly recommend to go there and to book before because many guests are, like us now, regular customer in this charming hotel. We do not understand at all what this guy is talking about...and assume that he is discribing another place!

Les chambres sont très bien pensées avec une décoration très nordique (perso j'aime bien ). Il y a un sèche cheveux et équipé pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
Le petit hic est la mauvaise insonorisation. Le cadre est très jolie et pourtant il pleuvait. Par beau temps , ça doit être encore plus sympa. Le petit déjeuner est très bien fourni sucré et salé.

Perfect hotel om even een paar dagen te verblijven. Prachtige omgeving en er is van alles te doen. De eigenaar en eigenaresse zijn zeer vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Ze spreken bijna geen Engels maar met Duits en gebarentaal kom je een heel eind. Prima hotel voor een gunstige prijs.

On the plus side? The food in their restaurant was very good. That's basically the only redeeming factor of this absolute dump.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Hôtel très accueillant, calme. Nous avons très bien dormi.
Si vous passez par BISCARROSSE je recommande cet hôtel.

Gérant très sympathique et accueillant, hôtel plutôt bien situé ( au calme ) tout près du Lac de Biscarssose ( plage ), possède une piscine.
Le petit hic, la décoration ... j'aurais aimer retrouver un peu de Biscarrosse dans la décoration de la chambre, et des couettes un peu moins vieillottes ...
Petite chambre mais suffisant pour 2, télé et wifi à disposition. Insonorisation des couloirs un peu médiocre.
Mais bon hôtel pour 2 étoiles.

Ignoring the isane owner this hotel is FILTHY! I do realise that French hygienic standards are generally lower but this place went beyond anything I've ever seen in my maybe 20 visits to France. Bathroom cover in fungus, shower curtain covered in fungus, carpeting full of stains some of which appeared to be blood. Basically everything in our room was in some form or shape dirty.

Établissement qui possède un potentiel certain mais totalement gâché par un patron exclusivement attentif au règlement de ces clients et au respect des horaires de la piscine....dommage
